Who Is The Challenge For?
Any fitness level can participate in this challenge. Our trainers will modify YOUR program to YOUR specific needs, even if you have prior injuries. Some have specific dietary needs, some have 100 pounds to lose.
What if I have to miss a class?
If you know in advance you wil miss a class , we can do our best to get you in another class that week. Our small group training is limited to 8 people and our group classes to 12, so it is dependant on class avaialbility. If you miss a class day of we cannot offer make up classes. 
 
What If I Have A Rotating Schedule?
We get it, life happens and maybe its more than just your work schedule changing weekly, this is no problem. Just be sure to let us know and we will sit down with our calendars and plug you in when its works for both of our schedules. 
What is The Nutrition Plan Like?
The meal plan is designed by a dietician and is focused on weight loss through eating a healthy whole food nutrition plan. The meal plan includes weekly shopping lists and recipes. Its is not suitable for vegetarians. 
 
What if I am out of shape or a complete beginner?
The small group training sessions and group fitness classes are designed for all fitness  levels. Our instructors can modify any of the exercises to your abbility and fitness level.

 
What Are The Workouts Like?
Each workout is different. On this program you get: 
Barbell Strong class to build strength and lean mass 1 x per week
360 Abs plus conditioning to strengthen the core and burn calories 2x per week
Matabolic Bootcamp burn calories and strengthen and tone your whole body 1 x per week
All of the workouts are adjusted to your specific abilities by one of our certified and experienced personal trainers.
